There are absolutely No Refunds. I do pride myself in delivering high quality professional work, and a design that you love. And I do everything in my power to delivering an unforgettable experience for each of my clients.
There is a 5-minute grace period. Late fees are as follows: After 5 mins ($10), after 10 mins. ($15). After 15 mins. your appointment will be cancelled. I understand that things happen sometimes, please communicate with me. Being late for your appointment affects the scheduling of later appointments. Please reschedule if you will be running behind. If you need to reschedule on the day of your appointment, you will lose your deposit. To apply your deposit to a new appointment time, rescheduling needs to be done 24 hours in advance.

Yes! Your deposit goes towards the balance that you owe for your scheduled service. If you decide to cancel your appointment, you do forfeit that amount, and it is non-refundable.
If you reschedule your appointment, your deposit can be transferred once. After that, if you need to reschedule the same appointment, you would need to submit a new deposit.
If a squeeze in is approved, an additional $35 will be applied to your balance.
